Biography

I am a doctoral student in the Neuroscience Training Program and a project assistant in the Binaural Hearing and Speech Lab. I received my B.S. in Neuroscience in 2011 from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. While at IU, I spent several years working in an auditory biophysics lab with Dr. Robert Withnell developing a computational model of the middle ear. Currently, I am interested in investigating different stimulation strategies to improve bilateral cochlear implant users’ spatial hearing and speech perception in noise.
