The UW–Madison Postdoctoral Association awards Dr. Aditi Gargeshwari the Postdoc Excellence Awards to for her excellence in mentoring, teaching, and service.
Dr. Garageshwari is a 3rd year Postdoc in the Binaural Hearing and Speech Lab and has mentored many graduate and undergraduate students in EEG and auditory research. Her dedication to both research and teaching has left a lasting impact on the students and staff within the lab.
Aditi consistently demonstrated exceptional patience, accessibility, and genuine investment in my growth, providing guidance that strengthened both my research skills and confidence over the past two years. Her mentorship not only supported the successful completion of my capstone project but also had a lasting impact on my academic and professional development by fostering independence, helping me overcome self-doubt, and shaping how I see myself as a future audiologist.
